I’m Michele J. Rosario, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Employment Assistance Professional (CEAP) in Pennsylvania, offering solution-focused Telehealth psychotherapy designed to empower you on your path to healing and wellness.
What is solution-focused therapy? It’s a strengths-based, practical approach that centers on what you can do to create positive change — because true healing begins with acknowledging your power and taking purposeful steps forward. Solution-focused therapy is a practical, strengths-based method that focuses on your ability to make positive changes—because real healing starts when you recognize your own power and take intentional action toward growth.
With extensive clinical experience working with adult trauma survivors, including first responders, military personnel, and individuals in hospice care, as well as providing onsite Employee Assistance Program (EAP) consultations, I bring compassionate expertise tailored to your unique journey. My goal is to support you with evidence-based practices and psycho-education, empowering you to understand your healing process deeply. When we know better, we do better.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Adelphi University’s clinically advanced program, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Since earning my LCSW and CEAP credentials in 2011, I have been committed to private practice, mentorship, and consultation—helping both clients and fellow clinicians thrive.
