For Those Who Think Deeply, Carry Much, and Are Ready for Meaningful Change

Many people come to therapy knowing something feels wrong but struggling to trust what they already know. Anxiety, overthinking, burnout, and difficult relationships can leave even highly capable adults questioning themselves and their experiences.
At Truth to Triumph Solutions, psychotherapy is an opportunity to move beyond symptom management toward deeper understanding, greater clarity, and meaningful change.
Through thoughtful, individualized, evidence-based psychotherapy, we explore the patterns, experiences, and relational dynamics that may be keeping you stuck. The work is collaborative, honest, and grounded in developing a stronger relationship with yourself and your own reality.
RUMI

Meaningful psychotherapy requires more than talking about what hurts. It requires the willingness to examine what is happening beneath the surface, recognize patterns that have become deeply ingrained, and confront the ways our experiences and relationships have shaped how we see ourselves.
My approach is direct, perceptive, compassionate, and deeply engaged. I do not believe therapy should become an endless cycle of discussing the same difficulties without developing a clearer understanding of what sustains them. Insight matters. So does the ability to translate that insight into meaningful psychological and relational change.
I work particularly well with intelligent, thoughtful, high-functioning adults who are accustomed to managing significant responsibilities yet find themselves struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, emotional exhaustion, self-doubt, or difficult relational dynamics. Many have spent years understanding others, accommodating expectations, or questioning their own perceptions while losing sight of themselves.
In our work together, we look beyond immediate symptoms to identify underlying patterns, unresolved experiences, internal conflicts, and the often-subtle ways these continue to influence your life. I listen closely, ask direct questions, offer clinical perspective, and challenge assumptions when doing so serves your growth. I am not a passive participant in the therapeutic process. Our work is collaborative, substantive, and grounded in honesty, respect, and genuine human connection.
My clinical experience spans adult trauma, complex relational difficulties, occupational stress, and major life transitions, including work with first responders, military personnel, and individuals facing serious illness and end-of-life concerns. My background in Employee Assistance Program consultation also informs my understanding of the pressures experienced by professionals navigating demanding careers and complicated personal lives.
My clinical training is extensive and integrative, encompassing eating disorders, attachment-based therapies, trauma-informed treatment, and EMDR. My work is also informed by the research and clinical perspectives of Dr. Lindsay C. Gibson, particularly regarding emotionally immature parents and the lasting effects of relational dysfunction. I incorporate resourcing and stabilization techniques, somatic awareness, and assertiveness training to help clients develop greater emotional regulation, recognize entrenched relational patterns, strengthen personal boundaries, and reconnect with their own perceptions and needs. Rather than relying on a single therapeutic model, I draw from these approaches with clinical intention, recognizing that meaningful change requires attention to both intellectual understanding and emotional experience.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). I hold a bachelor's degree from Hofstra University and a Master of Social Work from Adelphi University. My clinical approach is informed by extensive experience and ongoing professional training, with treatment tailored to the individual rather than a predetermined formula.
Healing through truth is the foundation of my practice.
Truth is not always comfortable, and understanding it requires more than examining our feelings or the stories we have come to believe. It involves the willingness to recognize reality as it is, including the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped our lives—whether consciously acknowledged or not.
I believe genuine healing emerges when we can distinguish what is real from what we have learned to believe, confront what no longer serves us, and develop the clarity and freedom to respond differently.
Therapy is not about becoming someone else. It is about understanding yourself and your experiences with enough honesty and depth that you are no longer compelled to live at odds with reality—or with yourself.
Reality's zip code is the truth.
