TELEHEALTH THERAPY

Welcome!

I'm Michele J. Rosario, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Certified Employment Assistance Professional (CEAP) in the State of Pennsylvania offering behavioral health sessions via Telehealth providing solution focused sessions.  

What is solution focused treatment?  It means engaging the problem from a solution focused perspective to aid with empowerment.   Something happened or is happening? Your power lies in what YOU can do about it.  Life starts with what we can do, not what we can't.

My clinical experience includes everything from working with all levels of adult trauma survivors including first responders and military personnel to hospice care.   Additionally, I have experience working as an onsite EAP consultant in work environments to aid with life stressors within the workplace. 

  This journey has created and cultivated my passion to educate so that one can become empowered.  I utilize psycho-education to empower clients to "know what a therapist knows" (Judith Herman).   

 I acquired my Bachelor's of Arts (BA) degree from Hofstra University before deciding to enter into the mental health field via the pursuit of a Master's of Social Work (MSW) from Adelphi University in their clinically advanced program graduating Magna Cum Laude.  

I am humbled to state that I was  hired by the facility where I was performing my final graduate rotation given their citing my diligent clinical efforts

supporting individuals (families of) that had undergone a catastrophic health crisis.   

In 2011,  I acquired my LCSW and CEAP in PA before entering into private practice.  

Since that time, I continue to provide consultative services for other clinical professionals and working as a mentor to other LCSW candidates and clinicians.
