At TRUTH TO TRIUMPH SOLUTIONS LLC, we believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling life.
Our counseling services are designed to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals.
There are key areas where we, unfortunately, cannot assist given our practice specialties.
The following practice limitations are outlined below.
- We do not treat substance abuse issues
- We do not provide treatment for adolescents, couples or families
- We do not provide psychiatry or medication management services
- We do not treat individuals seeking or utilizing medical marijuana services
- We do not treat individuals already engaged and involved in any other form of individual treatment (this is considered dual treatment and is contraindicated potential to create further complexities while also being an insurance issue)
- We do not provide treatment on anything other than a weekly treatment schedule for new patients. Biweekly appointments are solely utilized as part of a discharge plan as agreed upon between patient and provider once goals have been completed with progress completed.
Additionally, some issues may not be appropriate for Telehealth services.

What ABOUT INSURANCE? WHICH ONES DOES YOUR PRACTICE ACCEPT?
We Participate With Major Insurance Plans
Our practice is credentialed with the large insurance carriers including Aetna, IBX plans and OPTUM. Additionally, we are contracted with out of state BCBS plans via our being contracted with Highmark.
Insurances are verified before scheduling to aid with ease of treatment and to ensure up to date information regarding our participation.
It is the patient's responsibility to understand the details of their insurance plan including their Telehealth coverage.
If you are seeking reimbursement for an out of network plan, a receipt can be provided for filing with your particular plan.
We do not participate in Medicaid or Medicare plans.

What is the Good Faith Estimate?

You are entitled to receive this Good Faith Estimate of what the charges could be for psychotherapy services provided to you. While it is not possible for a clinical social worker to know, in advance, how many sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, this form provides an estimate of the cost of services provided. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of psychotherapy sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you.
This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service.

The initiation of the patient-provider dispute resolution process will not adversely affect the quality of the services furnished to you.

INITIAL EVALUATION

The initial meeting and assessment for counseling is referred to as an evaluation. During this first meeting the presenting problem (why are you initiating treatment) is discussed and assessed. Lastly, we determine whether and/or how Truth To Triumph Solutions can aid you on your journey. Insurance is also discussed as it relates to issues we treat.
SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS
Once it has been determined that we can help you on your counseling journey, you may may decide to continue with us to fully embark upon the change you'd like to make for yourself by determining a goal. We will meet weekly for 1 hr. ongoing sessions as we work toward your defined goal. Sessions are offered in 45 min or 60 min durations.
60 min session $150
45 min session $125
SHORTENED SESSIONS
$100
Half hour sessions are available if needed per discussion and agreement once treatment is engaged. However, these sessions are not available for ongoing treatment.
