Clinical Boundaries and Service Limitations for Telehealth Psychotherapy
At Truth To Triumph Solutions LLC, we believe every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and empowered life. Our services are focused on helping you overcome challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth.
However, to maintain the highest quality of care and align with our clinical specialties, there are certain limitations to the services we provide.
The following are some of our practice boundaries:
- We do not treat substance abuse or addiction-related issues.
- We do not offer therapy for adolescents, couples, or families.
- Psychiatry services and medication management are not provided.
- We do not treat individuals seeking or currently using medical marijuana as part of their treatment plan.
- We do not provide therapy for individuals already engaged in other forms of individual treatment to avoid dual treatment conflicts and insurance complications.
- New patients are seen on a weekly therapy schedule only. Biweekly sessions are reserved for discharge planning after treatment goals have been met and progress is confirmed.
- Some clinical issues may not be suitable for Telehealth services, depending on individual circumstances.

Insurance Coverage and Verification for Telehealth Therapy
INSURANCES ACCEPTED AT TRUTH TO TRIUMPH | TELEHEALTH IN PA
Truth To Triumph Solutions LLC is credentialed with major insurance carriers, including Aetna, Independence Blue Cross (IBX) plans, and OPTUM. We also accept out-of-state Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans through our partnership with Highmark, expanding access to quality Telehealth therapy across state lines.
To streamline your mental health treatment, insurance benefits are verified prior to scheduling your first appointment. This helps ensure up-to-date information about our participation and coverage for your Telehealth psychotherapy sessions.
Please note, it is the patient’s responsibility to fully understand the details of their insurance plan, including Telehealth benefits and coverage limitations.
For clients with out-of-network insurance plans seeking reimbursement, Truth To Triumph Solutions LLC provides detailed receipts for insurance filing.
Currently, we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare plans.

What is the Good Faith Estimate?

You are entitled to receive this Good Faith Estimate of what the charges could be for psychotherapy services provided to you. While it is not possible for a clinical social worker to know, in advance, how many sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, this form provides an estimate of the cost of services provided. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of psychotherapy sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you.
This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service.

The initiation of the patient-provider dispute resolution process will not adversely affect the quality of the services furnished to you.

The initial session, known as an evaluation, begins with a comprehensive assessment of your presenting concerns and reasons for seeking therapy. During this Telehealth appointment, we discuss your needs and determine how Truth To Triumph Solutions can best support your journey. Therapist insurance coverage and related billing details are also reviewed to ensure a clear understanding of your benefits.
SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS
Once it is determined that Truth To Triumph Solutions can support your counseling journey, you may choose to continue with Telehealth sessions focused on the changes you want to make by setting clear goals. We offer ongoing weekly sessions, available in 45-minute or 60-minute durations, to work toward your defined goals. Therapist insurance options are accepted to help make your care affordable.
Session Rates:
60-minute session — $150
45-minute session — $125
SHORTENED SESSIONS
$100
Telehealth half hour sessions are available if needed per discussion and agreement once treatment is engaged. However, these sessions are not available for ongoing treatment.
