The core belief and mission of Truth To Triumph Solutions is creating change thru truth, individual responsibility and accountability.
Treatment must be initiated, engaged and completed by the individual seeking treatment.
Hence, the Inquiry form is to be completed by the individual seeking treatment and not by family members, friends or third parties.
All third parties (insurers) may contact our practice thru our provided panel information.
Please be advised, we cannot provide referrals to other providers when an inquiry is made or when we determine we are unable to provide care.
Given the time and dedication to our new and current patients, inquiries that do not adhere to this policy will not be responded to.
Treatment involves many facets and variables that need to be accounted for.
A therapeutic provider is tasked making an educated and realistic decision involving several variables from ensuring they can treat the presenting issue (reason the person is seeking help) to accepting a particular insurance. Additionally, a clinician is tasked with ensuring their own bandwidth in terms of time and effort to support the individual involved given their current clinical caseload. These particular variables are solely known to the therapeutic provider and NOT referral sources, which is the cause for why a therapeutic provider must constantly assess appropriation. For example, a patient may be referred by their insurance while the insurance provider is understandably unaware of the therapeutic provider's current caseload.
It is important to ensure treatment is engaged with an informed, empowered and realistic approach. Treatment obstacles are often "missed" by providers and patients alike during the engagement process. Open communication and transparency are just two of the many components that are established prior to that first appointment to inform both parties decision involving treatment: patient and provider.
These key variables aid with successful treatment outcomes.
Not all treatment is "good" treatment, just as not very provider can treat "every" issue.
